Anyone Who Stops Learning Is Old, Whether At Twenty Or Eighty

“Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty.” ~Henry Ford

The reality is that there might be things we do not fully understand about God. When we lose the ability to ask questions, then we can never arrive at answers. We risk becoming spiritually stale, then we hardly help anyone, much less help ourselves. As believers, if we are to truly be the light of the world and the salt of the earth, the Bible calls us to grow and increase in our understanding. My prayer today is that we never get to the point in our Christian walks where we feel we’ve “arrived” in our learning. Matthew 7:7 says, “Ask and it will be given to you; SEEK and you find; knock and the door will be opened to you.”
